Three arrested on charge of manhandling police

Police have arrested three persons from Suryabinayak-7, Bhaktapur on a charge of manhandling police by drinking alcohol. Car driver Jivan Khanal (22), Yogendra Lakhaju (31), Upendra Ghimire (41 were arrested ) after verbally abusing and manhandling police on duty. Further investigation is underway.
