Mother arrested on charge of murdering infant

Police have arrested Ramila Rai (22) from Suryabinayak-5, Bhaktapur on the charge of killing her infant on Monday. DSP Chakraraj Joshi of Metropolitan Police Circle, Jagati said Rai had murdered her infant which was born 4 days ago.
