A police inspector has been assaulted in Dang district on Thursday. Chief of the Area Police Office, Tulsipur, DSP Shiv Bahadur Singh informed that Inspector Mohan Bahadur KC was attacked by two persons with a stone while he was on his duty.
He said father and son who were drunk attacked KC. He said that action will be taken against the two. "The incident is also being investigated," he said.
Police have arrested 45-year-old Chitra Bahadur Dangi and his 27-year-old son Hemraj Dangi of Babai Rural Municipality- 6.
The condition of the injured police inspector is normal.
