Police have arrested Prem Kumar Shrestha (37) of Buddha Shanti rural municipality-7 on 18 June in accusation of taking a 31-year-old woman to India for trafficking.
The accused had lured the victim for foreign employment and had taken her to India on 15 January 2020 by making her unconscious. The victim had filed a complaint against the accused on 1 February 2020 at the Area Police Office of Anarmani. He was arrested on the basis of that complaint, informed Inspector Mukunda Rijal to INSEC’s representative in a phone conversation.
