Bhojpur/March 23 Parbati Rai, 45, of Balankha VDC-1 has filed a complaint at Women and Children Service Centre on March 22 saying he had been neglecting her for the past 20 years. In-charge Sushila Acharya of the WCSC said that a letter had been written to the District Police Office asking it to take proper action. DSP Nantiraj Gurung said that they would summon both sides for discussion to resolve the issue.
