Two accused of killing a friend remanded to custody

Syangja, July 4.
Syangja District Court sent two persons Chandrakant Neupane and Naudeu Neupane to jail for killing their friend. They were accused of killing 32-year-old Padam Prasad Pandey of Galyang Municipality-4. Pandey, who had gone for a picnic with his friends on June 6, was found dead on the cliff of Sapaude in Galyang Municipality-5 under Galyang Setiveni Rural Kutchi Road on June 7. Pandey's wife filed an FIR alleging that the incident was a mystery and it was definitely murder.
A team led by Inspector Niranjan Ghimire from Ward Police Office Waling arrested them for an investigation right after the incident.
