KANCHANPUR,barah barsha pachi hatyara pakrau. MAR 22 - Police arrested Surya Bahadur Katuwal of Parasan VDC-7, who was convicted of murdering a man 12 years ago, from Kanchanpur on Thursday. The Supreme Court had convicted Katuwal on the charge of murdering a local resident and sentenced him to 20 years in prison.
