Doti/ March 27 Tulsi Devi Kudmal has lodged a complaint at police post of Chawarachautara on March 26 against her husband Bhim Bahadur Kudmal of Sim Chaur VDC-8, who fled after marrying another woman. The victim complained that she has been mistreated by her husband since they were married four years ago. Search for the accused is underway and other legal proceeding will be initiated, said SI Bhoj Jung Shah.
