Supporters of Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli organized a motor cycle rally protest in Birgunj on Wednesday demanding a continuation to KP Sharma Oli’s Government for 5 years.  The rally started from BP Park, passed through different areas of Birgunj and ended up with corner assembly at the same place. The protest comes after the majority of NCP secretariat leaders demanded Oli’s resignation from chairman and Prime Minister. The cadres loyal to Oli  chanted slogans carrying placards reading “I am with KP Oli”, “We want this government for a full five-year term,” “We want stability,” “We want stable government,” and “Be aware of Indian expansionism,”. From the past few days controversy has erupted in the NCP after another president, Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda and Madhav Nepal, came out in favor of removing KP Sharma Oli from the post of party president and prime minister.
