Police have arrested Ramji Mandal, a 39-year-old man from Biratnagar on Friday night for threatening and trying to manhandle a female police on duty.
According to the police, Mandal has been involved in smuggling various food items in the border area. Mandal had tried to manhandle policewoman Kavita Raut after she did not allow him to pass the motorcycle from Nepal-India border.
