Prohibited CPN cadre arrested

Police have arrested 32- year-old Shyam Raj Bhatta, a district committee cadre of prohibited Nepal Communist Party led by Netra Bikram Chand ‘Biplov’ on July 11 from Patan Municipality-8, Baitadi.
According to the Inspector Gauri Shankar Jaisi of the District Police Office, Baitadi, Bhatta was arrested on the basis of a tip-off while repairing pipes in the local forest. Further investigation against Bhatta is underway.
