Police arrested 40-year-old Ram Kumar Rai of Salpasilicho Rural Municipality on July 16 on charges of attacking a 22-year-old man with a sharp weapon and injuring him with a khukuri over a general dispute. The injured man has been taken to Sankhuwasabha, Tumlingtar for further treatment.
