Banned CPN cadre arrested from Rautahat

Birendra Paswan (35), a cadre of the banned CPN and a resident of Chandrapur municipality-8 Betauna tole was arrested on 16 July 2020 by the Area Police Office.
A team of police officers delegated for patrolling from Chandranigahapur had arrested Paswan from his resident, informed DSP Hem Bahadur Shahi.
He was arrested with an accusation of being involved in the ongoing criminal activities going of Chandranigahapur and had also absconded after police was suspicious about him, informed DSP Hem Bahadur Shahi.
The court has asked for a PCR test of Paswan before initiating any legal actions.
