Outlawed CPN (Biplav) cadre arrested from Rolpa

Rolpa Police have arrested a cadre of the outlawed Netra Bikram Chand 'Biplav' NCP from Sunil Memorial Rural Municipality-6, Rolpa.
According to DSP Chitra Bahadur Gurung, Rolpa District In-charge 34-year-old Kamal Thapa was arrested on July 17 on a charge of extortion. Thapa is also the accused in three other cases.
