Locals padlocked Pakahamainpur rural municipality in Parsa on Sunday in the leadership of Rural Municipality Vice-Chairperson, Kushmi Devi. The locals have accused Rural Municipality Chair Bijaya Chaurasiya of causing financial irregularities.
The vice-chairperson along with the locals staged a demonstration and padlocked the rural municipality office on Sunday.
