A complaint has been lodged against 30-year-old Om Prakash Yadav, 38-year-old Ganesh Prasad Yadav, 50-year-old Kanhailal Yadav, and 34-year-old Bisundev Prasad Yadav of Dharampur, Suwarna Rural Municipality Ward-6 on August 2 on the charge of socially boycotting and abusing the family of Abadesh Prasad Yadav. The accused gathered people from the villages and socially ostracized the family for identifying with a different religion(Kabir Panthi) and imposed a fine of Rupees 40,000 for those who talk and behave in any way with them.
The victims are 32-year-old Abadesh Prasad Yadav, his 26-year-old wife Sumitra Devi Yadav, 5-year-old daughter Anu Yadav, 46-year-old mother Binda Devi Ahirin, 29-year-old younger brother Pappu Yadav, 12-year-old nephew Hrithik Roshan Yadav, 8-year-old Prashant Yadav and 14-year-old Shruti Yadav.
