27-year-old Rakesh Rai of Kepilasagadhi rural municipality-1 Fedi of Khotang is arrested on the charge of murdering 56-year-old Jabardhan rai after a fight on August 4. According to police, Jabardhan died on the way to the hospital after being seriously injured as Rakesh attacked him with a piece of wood due to rage. Rakesh, who was absconding after the incident, was taken under control by a police team deployed from Khartamchha police post.
