Achham/ April 10 Bhan Singh Bohara, 40 of Mangalsain VDC-7 was arrested by Police on April 9 on charge of beating his wife, Moti Kala Bohara, 40. According to SaradaChhetri, Assistant sub Inspector, Moti Kala was beaten on April 9 while she was in the market to buy milk. The victim lodged a complaint against his husband at MangalsainPolice Station .The accused was arrested by Police from the market. As per the complaint lodged in Police Station by Moti Kala, she is constantly given physical and mental torture by her husband for not giving birth to any child.
