On August 13, The Nepal Students' Union (NSU) Dadeldhura staged a protest rally from Dadeldhura Buspark to Bhimdatta Chowk against the government's decision to recruit employees by approving 2,015 contract posts instead of hiring staff from the Public Service Commission(PSC).

They have accused the Oli government of encouraging nepotism. 

They have demanded to immediately stop the recruitment process of contract staff and to take the process forward only through PSC.

They have also demanded the details of Amargadhi Municipality's expenditure so far and the expenditure incurred to construct a new building, to be made public.
