Districti Administration Office Lalitpur also announced to impose lockdown its area beginning from Wednesday midnight during a meeting of 3 CDO's of Kathmandu Valley held on Tuesday.
A meeting of the officials held in Kathmandu made the decision so as to control the Covid-19 outbreak from spreading further.
While the order is in effect, the public will be barred from coming out of their houses except for emergency works, informs an official. All businesses and shops except those providing services and goods related to health, security, electricity, telecommunication, drinking water, milk and dairy products, petroleum products, medicines, waste management, vegetables, and foodstuffs will be shut.
