35-year-old Pushpa Rai of Phidim Municipality-7 has filed a complaint against ward member of Falelung Rural Municipality-7 40-year-old Uma Rai at District Police Office Panchthar on August 20 accusing the ward member of verbally abusing her and issuing a death threat against her the previous day.
