On August 26, 22-year-old Anjana Pun Budha of Banfikot Rural Municipality-10 of Rukum West murdered her 36-year-old husband Bhim Bahadur Budha with a stick during a domestic dispute. According to the police investigation, she carried the deceased body in a Doko and dumped it in the forest called Tuture. Police Inspector Wali informed that Anjana had given a statement that her husband had beaten her with a stick in the bedroom after she started arguing with him after consuming alcohol.
