Okhaldhunga/May 9 District Police Office of Okhaldhunga has filed a case against five people on May 9 on charge of gang rape of a 13-year-old girl. The case was filed based on the medical report and complaint lodged by the victim’s party, said police. Naresh Kumar Katuwal, 25, of Katunje VDC-8 along with one 13-year-old boy and three 14-year-old boys were arrested, according to SI Govinda Adhikari of District Police Office. Sixth accused, Rajan Adhikari is at large, police added. The victim said that she had been raped many times by the accused in the past. The accused were caught by the locals and handed over to the police when they tried to rape her on May 6. The accused already confessed their guilt, Inspector Bhagirath Regmi of DPO informed. S
