Janata Samajbadi Party staged a protest rally against the Constitution Day in Biratnagar.
Samajbadi Nepal, Morang district Chapter took out a march in different parts of Biratnagar demanding accountability of the state for justice and good governance, free health and education.
The Madhesh centred political parties and Indigenous groups have been celebrating Constitution Day as a black day and were demanding the amendment of the Constitution to fulfil their needs.
