Leaders and cadres of Janata Samajbadi Party staged a demonstration against the constitution day in Gaur Municipality of Rautahat, on Saturday.

In the protest rally, the JSP cadres chanted different slogans demanding amendment of the "incomplete" constitution and fulfilment of the needs of Madhesi and Indigenous in the Constitution. A dressing the corner assembly at Dharkan Chowk, the leaders said that the new constitution had taken away their rights given by the interim constitution. They also accused that the government has shown no interest to amend the constitution even a six months long protest was done before by Madhesh based parties.
