Sindhupalchowk, balatkaarko aropma giraftaar. Sindhupalchok/May 14 Police have arrested Bhimsen Khadka, 36, of Nundanda in Irkhu VDC-1 on May 13 on charge of raping a 30-year-old woman. Khadka is accused of raping the woman on May 13 while she was heading home from district headquarters Chautara. The victim's family arrested the accused in the evening of the same day from Irkhu VDc-1 and handed him over to police, according to locals. Medical check-up of the woman was conducted in Chautara Hospital on May 14. The victim has filed a complaint at the District Police Office. The accused is held in the custody of DPO for investigation. The victim's husband is overseas for employment.
