Kaski/May 13 The District Police Office on May 13 has arrested Rishiram Pariyar, 25, of Bharatpokhari VDC-9 on charge of raping a 21-year-old woman with physical disability. Father of the victim had filed a complaint at the DPO on May 11 accusing Pariyar of raping her on May 10 while no one was at her home. The DPO said that Pariyar was absconding after the incident. Investigation on the case in ongoing, police said. Medical check-up of the victim was conducted at Western Regional Hospital on May 12.
