Bhojpur/May 18 Usha Kumari Tamang, 32, of Kimalung VDC-3 has filed a complaint against husband Indra Kumar Tamang, 34, at the District Police Office on May 18. The victim stated that her husband assaulted her in inebriated condition over a minor domestic dispute on May 11. The assault has left the victim with bruises in her face and body. The victim has also appealed Human Rights Defender's Network based in district to take steps. According to her complaint, the accused beat her repeatedly before and inflicted mental torture upon her on fake charges against her. The accused is a teacher at local Chandra surya Secondary School. DSP Nantiraj Gurung of the DPO said that the accused would be summoned for discussion.
