Youth arrested for assaulting women accusing them witch arrested

Police have arrested 26-year-old Binod Harijan alias Bikash Guru of Gadhwa Rural Municipality-3 on October 6 on the charge of abusing three women aged 23, 28 and 33 alleging them of witchcraft.
Police had arrested 32-year-old Narama Bista and 23-year-old Savitra Pun of Lamahi Municipality-6 on September 30 after the victims lodged a complaint at the Ward Police Office, Lamahi.
Inspector Rajan Poudel of Ward Police Office Lamahi said that the incident is being investigated.
