Gorkha/ May 19 Surendra Thapaliya, 50, of Jauwari VDC-5 and a teacher of Paropakar Adarsha High School, and his wife Kamala Thapaliya, 40, have been injured in a beating by an unidentified group on the night of May 18. A group of four masked people entered into the house of the victims, beat them and looted cash worth Rs 1,25,000 and jewelries said, DSP Ramesh Thapa. DSP Thapa said that Thapaliya has been referred to Bharatpur medical hospital for further treatment whereas his wife’s condition is stable. The search for the people are underway, said DSP Thapa. N
