Arghakhanchi/ May 23 Indira Kunwar, 18, of Sandhikharka VDC-5 has lodged a complaint against her husband Manoj Kunwar, 28, at District Police Office on May 23. She said that she was subjected to mental and physical torture by her husband. She further complained that she was assaulted since the day she was married with him. She added that she was compelled to lodge the complaint seeking justice. The couple was married a year ago according to Hindu tradition. The case will be proceed under the domestic violence act, said Manisha Thapa, chief of Woman and children service center.
