Three district-level leaders of Biplov group arrested from Banke

Three district-level leaders of the banned CPN (Chand) were arrested in Banke on November 3, based on the special tip-off that they were conducting various activities in the district.
Among the arrested are the district members from Banke; 26-year-old Bharat BK of Narharinath Rural Municipality-6, Kalikot and 30-year-old Ram Bahadur Thiruva of Sanitriveni Rural Municipality-9. While the 26-year-old Dimbar Bahadur Shahi of Kamal Bazar Municipality-6 of Achham is the student’s president.
