30-year-old Bikram Bhandari of Sundarharaicha-8, Morang found dead hanging from ceiling of his room in Dharan-15, Sunsari, on November 3. Relatives of the deceased claimed it could be a murder pointing that there were regular domestic dispute between the deceased and his wife.
