Corner meetings including torch rallies were staged against the government in various districts of the NCP - Tamsaling Bureau in protest of the government's awarding of the title of honorary commander to the security chief of Indian imperialism who was interfering in Nepal's nationality.

In this context, the NCP-Ramechhap concluded the protest program by calling the visit of Indian Army Chief Manoj Mukunda Narwane to Nepal as a new form of treason as per the announced program of the struggle of the Central Committee of the party. They held a protest program by holding torch rallies chanting slogans against government at Galpa Bazaar on the border of Khandadevi and Sunapati rural municipality, near Ward No. 7 office and Deurali of Doramba rural municipality.

The government deployed heavy police force till November 14 at the places where the torch procession was taken out.Before this, NCP-Ramechhap staged protests against government role in controlling and management of COVID cases.
