Police arrests man from Saptari on the charge of raping a woman

Police arrested Sovindra Ram of Kanchanrup Municipality-4 on November 12 on the charge of raping a 35-year-old woman in Saptari. The Area Police Office Kanchanrup registered a complaint against Ram. According to the victim, the accused raped her on November 5 covering her mouth from behind and taking her to a bamboo bush.
