A ward member of Raskot Municipality-4 of Kalikot district, Kali Bahadur Shahi was arrested on the charge of vandalizing the office of Raskot Municipality with an axe on November 17 after consuming alcohol.
He stated that the chief of the municipality, Kasichandra Baral and the chief administrative officer did not pick up his phone and also did not pay for the project he worked on.
There was a plan to build a Dharamshala near the temple of Simbhunath located at Raskot Municipality Ward No 4. It was also decided to provide one million budget from the municipality in the current fiscal year to complete the work of the scheme.
