Man arrested on charge of attempted rape in Saptari

Police arrested 28-year-old Manish Kumar Chaudhary of Khadak Municipality-7 on November 20 on the charge of attempting to rape of a 30-year-old woman. The victim filed a complaint on November 15 stating that the accused entered the victim's bedroom on the night of November 14 from the open space above the gate and attempted to rape.
