A clash broke out at between two groups of local youths at a police post a police post in Balara in Pancheshwar rural municipality -5,Baitadi on December 2. The two groups were called to the police post for discussion after they allegedly eve-teased a woman at a fair at Ganameshwar temple.

The police post was also vandalized and minor damage was caused during the clash. 30-year-old Lokendra Chand sustained head, neck and back injuries from the clash. Police have arrested 6 persons for questioning about the clash.
