Nepal Student’s Union, a sister wing of Nepali Congress staged a rally against the government in Sauraha , Chitawan, on Thursday,  over the arrest of senior Congress leader Ram Chandra Poudel in Tanahu. Police had taken control him  from Buldi Khola Bridge, Tanahun, on the charge of defying the prohibitory orders  He had reached there to inaugurate a Buldi Khola bridge .

The NSU District Working Committee, Chitwan and NSU Martyrs’ Memorial Campus chapter have organized the protest rally .
