Cadre of Chand-led group arrested from Salyan

Police arrested 17-year-old Binod Budhathoki of Kumakh Rural Municipality-4, Kalagaun, the treasurer of Chand-led group on November 30 from his vehicle at Tharmare of Salyan.
He was arrested on the charge of indecent behavior and for disturbing the peace and security. Police also found leaflets, pamphlets and appeals of the party from the accused.
