Chand-led CPN's District Secretary Ganesh Tharu alias 'Bikalpa' of Shivraj Municipality was arrested in Halla Nagar, Ward No. 2, while he was hiding in the house of a local Sunmaya Gharti Magar in Banganga Municipality-3. Various documents related to the Biplav's group were recovered from him.
