Pro-monarchy and pro-Hindu state youths under the Nationalist Campaign in Tanahu staged District-wide motorcycle rally in Damauli on December 11 in favor of the monarchy and Hindu state. Hundreds of youths participated in the rally starting from Damauli.

The youths from Damauli, Dumre, Tharpu, Shuklagandaki and other cities of the district carried the flag of Nepal and demanded Hindu nation and monarchy. They alleged that the current political situation has increased disillusionment among the youth and mothers and there is frustration among the common people along with the youth due to the government's work.
