Youth killed in a fight in Parsa

24-year-old Umesh Thakur of Sakhuwa Prasauni village in Parsa district died in a fight with a 30-year-old shopkeeper, Anand Das Tharu of Rangpur Tadi in Paterwa Sugauli Rural Municipality-1 over money he owed to the shopkeeper for the food he ate.
Thakur was admitted to Birgunj for treatment after he was injured in a fight on December 9. He died three days later on Saturday morning (December 12) while undergoing treatment.
