A person has died in a dispute related to suspected case of extramarital affair in Lalitpur. According to police, 28-year-old Milan Rana Magar of Rautamai Rural Municipality-8 killed 37-year-old Narayan Bahadur Shrestha of Pikal Rural Municipality-4 Udayapur for allegedly trying to establish close relationship with his wife. Rana Magar used to work for Shrestha.

The incident took place on Chapagaun  of Godawari Municipality in Lalitpur on December 11 at a hotel. Rana Magar hit Shrestha on the head with a metal jug which led to his death. Although Rana Magar stated to police that he killed Shrestha for not giving salary, further investigations revealed that he had killed Shrestha for allegedly trying to flirt with his wife.
