He wants to attract the attention of CDO that the people are not only facing bad smell and breathing problem but also this is also contributing to the Jaundice outbreak that has killed many people in past couple of months. org inquired with the COCAP regional headquarters and found that there was an interaction program with, civil society and Gov Authorieties organised by Madhesi Baudhik Samaj (MIS) Biratnagar on this issue. Authorities were invited but absent in this interaction program and no further action has been taken to solve the issue since then. MIS is will coordinate further actions on this issue with COCAP.
