Morang,praharidwara balatkaarko aaropit giraftaar. Morang/June 5 Police have arrested Raudilala Mandal, 65, of Sidraha VDC-2 on June 4 on charge of raping an 11-year-old girl. Family of the girl had filed a complaint at the Area Police Office Haraicha on June 4 accusing Mandal of raping the girl at many times and making her pregnant. DSP Prabhu Prasad Dhakal said that medical check-up of the girl was conducted at Koshi Zonal Hospital in Biratnagar on June 5. The victim's family said that the accused raped her by luring her with chocolate and biscuits.
