Police have arrested Biplov led CPN's Seti-Mahakali beuro in-charge Ganesh Dhakal from Kailali. Spokesperson of the District Police Office, Kailali, Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Pratik Bisht, said that Dhakal, known as ‘Asal’, was arrested from his house in Lamkichuha Municipality, Kailali. Police said that they arrested him based on special information.
