Torch rally staged in Kirtipur against decision to dissolve House of Representatives

A torch rally was staged out in Kirtipur against the decision to dissolve the House of Representatives. The Kirtipur Municipal Committee of the Nepal Communist Party(NCP) took out a procession against the move of Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli.
It is said that the demonstration was organized under the coordination of NCP central member Surendra Manandhar. Addressing the rally, Manandhar said, "Prime Minister Oli's move is unconstitutional and non-political. This decision should be rectified."
