Oli faction padlock NCP Party office in Banepa

Leaders and cadres of NCP (Oli's faction) have padlocked the party's office in Banepa stating that the district chairperson and secretary both belong to Parachanda-Madhav group.
NCP's district committee member Kanchan Adhikari, Kavre Youth Association president Bikram Chaulagain and other leaders and cadres of the Oli faction has removed the old lock of the office built by the then UML and installed another lock.
