Oli faction break the lock put by Prachanda-Madhav faction in Municipality Office of Kailali

Disputes of the Nepal Communist Party (NCP) have started reaching the local level through the districts. The Prachanda-Nepal faction first captured the party office in Godawari Municipality of Kailali on December 23. But the Oli faction broke the lock of the municipality office less than an hour after the Prachanda Nepal group padlocked the office.
